Methodology of Informing about Participatory Budgets in Reports of the state of Commune for 2020 (analysis of 41 communes of the Metropolis GZM)

In 2018, local government units were obliged to prepare new documents every year – reports about the state of commune (poviat, voivodeship). Local acts generally describe which elements should be included in such a report. One highlighted element is participatory budget. The article aims present methodology reporting budgets on (for 2020, published 2021). Forty-one communes from area Metropolis GZM analyzed. These are quite diverse. some them, as cities with poviat rights, budget obligatory. Other implement it an optional basis or do not at all. author presents key budgets, and GZM. presented data indicate by individual (e.g. financing, schedule references previous editions). Information impact COVID-19 pandemic also presented. addition, other aspects related main topic, e.g. sołectwo fund forms budgeting. most important information was form maps tables.
